Dr. Selvin Prabhakar V is a Consultant Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon with more than 10 years of experience in treating spine-related problems.
He completed his MBBS from Government Kilpauk Medical College, Chennai, followed by M.S. in Orthopaedics from Indira Gandhi Medical College, Shimla. He also completed D.N.B. in Orthopaedics. With a growing interest in spine care, he pursued advanced super-specialty training (F.N.B.) in Spine Surgery from I-NK, Kolkata.
To further enhance his expertise, Dr. Selvin Prabhakar underwent specialized training in Advanced Endoscopic Spine Surgery and Deformity Correction Surgery in South Korea, gaining exposure to the latest global techniques and technologies.
He specializes in endoscopic spine surgery, minimally invasive spine procedures, pain management treatments, deformity correction, and complex spine conditions. His treatment philosophy focuses on accurate diagnosis, minimal tissue damage, quicker recovery, and long-term relief.
